Find out how the Eversense E3 Smart Transmitter is designed to work the way you need and to be worn the way you want.
Eversense E3 is the only CGM with a removable smart transmitter that provides on-body vibe alerts. This gives you the freedom to take the transmitter on and off* when you need a break.
In the Troubleshooting, Connection with Smart Transmitter subsection of your Eversense E3 User Guide, you will find a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on pairing and connecting your smart transmitter to your mobile device. If your connection issues do not resolve after following these instructions, please call Customer Service at 1-844-736-7348 (844-SENSE4U).
To get a Good or Excellent signal in the Placement Guide, try slightly rotating the smart transmitter over the sensor. Wait about 1 second for the Placement Guide to refresh between each adjustment. If helpful, tap Show More Detail to display a numerical value of signal strength.
To ensure you receive continuous glucose readings and other information, wear your smart transmitter all the time, except when charging it. You can remove it anytime you want, but if you remove it during a calibration, you will be prompted to calibrate again. If you do not wear your smart transmitter for longer than 24 hours while in the 2 Daily Calibrations Phase or longer than 40 hours while in the 1 Daily Calibration Phase, you will force the system to re-enter the Initialization Phase.
